KasmoDev has established a strong reputation in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) across the Horn of Africa. Our MERL work supports evidence-based programming, enhances accountability, and fosters adaptive learning for governments, development agencies, and NGOs. From third-party monitoring and impact assessments to political economy analyses and baseline studies, KasmoDev applies participatory and context-sensitive methodologies. Our MERL engagements have informed strategic decisions in areas such as social protection, livelihoods, peacebuilding, and resilience, contributing to improved program effectiveness and alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
