With years of experience KasmoDev is currently in partnership with Adam Smith International to co-implement PREMIS 2, a follow-up program from PREMIS (2018–2022). It consists of four components:
Strengthening Domestic Revenue Mobilization (DRM) focusing on customs modernization in Mogadishu, Kismayo, and Bossaso.
Enhancing Public Financial Management (PFM) and strengthening the civil service, with a focus on women in government.
Supporting Macroeconomic and Fiscal Policy.
Independent Evaluation.
KasmoDev and ASI will implement Components 1 and 2.
